Total Solutions Nursing Service was born from the idea that required education should not be so challenging to attain, especially in this post pandemic world. Many medical professionals work long hours and have more than one employer, not to mention families and other obligations. Failure to stay current in required education means not only a consequences with your employer and potential disruptions in income, but risks patient safety and your license to practice.

Total Solutions Nursing Service also offers legal support services. As a notary public, TSNS can come to you for all of your legal document support to include but not limited to loan signings, title transfers, mortgage closings, certified copies, depositions, contracts, school documents, subpoenas, adoptions documents, and bill of sale certificates.

Additionally, TSNS is accepting contracts for primary and sub legal nurse consulting. A sample of the nurse consulting services that can be provided include creating medical chronology, timelines, medical summaries, organizing medical records (hospital, nursing home, home health, etc.), creating treater/provider and fact witness lists,  redacting documents, creating medical research indexes, cross-referencing medical records, analyzing research, writing case summaries, and compiling cyber reputations. Expert services include attending depositions and trials.

Tabitha has been a Registered Nurse for 17 years, specializing in Emergency Nursing. She has worked in the Mother-Baby Unit, the NICU, Pediatric Neurology Research, and as a school nurse as well as an independent Legal Nurse Consultant. She has served as an Emergency Department Educator, faculty for a nursing college, as well as a Site Director for a Free Standing Emergency Room. Tabitha loves actively working at the bedside in the Emergency Room, serving members of the community. She holds an undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University and a graduate degree from Webster University in St. Louis.  Additionally, she has an ADN, BSN, and MSN with an emphasis in Leadership. She is an active member of the Emergency Nurses Association as well as a member of the Governor's EMS and Trauma Advisory Council, Pediatric Committee for the state of Texas. Tabitha is a Lieutenant Colonel in the USAF Reserve.
